If it is outside Houston's Beltway 8, the estimate of costs should be ample for another contractor to perform the work.

We charge a nominal fee of $130 for a 48-hour turn-arount or $170 for a 24-hour turn around to provide a written evaluation of your after inspection - option period repairs. Repairs are only performed inside Houston's Beltway 8.

For those customers outside Houston's Beltway 8, we will provide a quotation for the repairs, but we will not perform the repairs.

We do not provide verbal quotes. All quotes will be provided in writing only.

As stated above, our turn around time for option period inspection report quotes is usually 48 hours and costs $130. We can provide 24-hour expedited quotations, but to do so, the price is $170.
